- The Red Bridge YMCA Masters Swim class is held on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30am to 7:00am at the Red Bridge YMCA located at the corner of Red Bridge and Holmes. The class is coached by USA Triathlon Level 2 Certified Coach, Ryan Ross. Ryan is the head coach at Perception Multisport. 5:30 to 6:00 is stroke instruction (optional). Workout starts at 6:00. Workouts are highly specific to triathlon. First two weeks are free as you test the waters. Cost is $50 for 8 punch card visits. Register here on Active.com for your free two week pass. Please print off your registration receipt from Active.com and bring for entry into the facility and the class.
